Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy for My Baby’s Wardrobe
– We accept returns for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
– Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
– For Pre Orders, Customers are eligible for refund if the package is not shipped 40 working days from the day of ordering.
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
– We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
– If you would like to exchange an item for a damaged product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
– Exchanges are subject to availability and Approvals.
Damaged or Defective Items:
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation
– Once you place an order with My Baby’s Wardrobe and it gets processed, you will not be able to cancel it. However, you will be able to return the products which arrive with any form of damage or defect. You will also be able to return the products that were not in your order, should you receive such products.
